EXPERIENCE: Cory focuses his practice in the areas of estate and asset protection planning, business succession planning, probate, federal and state tax compliance, business transactions, franchising and nonprofit organizations. In his estate planning practice, Cory advises clients of all backgrounds on how to plan for their uncertain futures. His experience ranges from assisting clients looking to pass on their wealth to future generations to assisting clients in preparing for their future long-term care. Cory has experience drafting trusts, from simple to complex, and provides his clients with technical tax advise concerning Federal gift, estate and generation-skipping taxes.
In his business practice, Cory represents for-profit and non-profit entities in commercial business transactions. Cory has experience assisting small and medium size business organizations with their formation, asset purchases, leases, tax and other operational matters. Cory understands the complexities that come with running a successful business and has the knowledge to help establish a solid business foundation so that you can spend more time growing your business and less time worrying about future legal issues.
